General Terms

1. Before booking any visa service or appointment, you must read and agree to these rules and restrictions.
2. Our service involves visa appointment assistance and document preparation. We are not an embassy, consulate, or visa-issuing authority, and we do not guarantee visa approval.
3. If your visa is refused, delayed, or rejected for any reason, EasyVisaGo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible.
4. We strive to deliver services within the stated timeframe, but delays may occur due to technical issues, system errors, or external factors beyond our control. We hold no responsibility for such delays.
5. By using our website, you consent to us contacting you via WhatsApp, email, SMS, or other means for service-related and promotional purposes.
6. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason, with a refund provided where applicable.
7. Our appointment bookings are valid for the requested service type; however, changes in embassy or consulate policies are beyond our control.
8. We are not liable for deportation, entry refusal, or appointment cancellation by third-party authorities.
9. Appointment confirmations may vary in format depending on the issuing authority.
10. To complete bookings with embassies or consulates, we may need to use our own email addresses for processing. Your personal email may not always be used for this purpose.
11. Appointment bookings do not include additional services such as travel insurance, ticketing, or other travel-related arrangements unless explicitly stated.
12. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by you.
13. Some services require at least one adult applicant for minors. Incorrect applicant details will not be eligible for refunds, though adjustments for future use may be considered.
14. If the information provided in the message/remarks box differs from your booking form, we will prioritize the booking form details.
15. Last-minute booking requests close to appointment dates are accepted at your own risk. If the booking expires before use, we are not obligated to reissue it.
16. We cannot guarantee specific appointment dates, times, or locations, as availability depends on embassy or consulate schedules. We will try our best to accommodate your preferences if mentioned at the time of booking.
17. For multiple applicants requiring separate appointments, this must be stated in the message box at booking or informed to us within 5 minutes via WhatsApp. After this period, changes may not be possible, and no refund will be given.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. We do not provide refunds for reasons such as changes in travel plans, visa appointment rescheduling, or other personal circumstances.
2. Refunds will only be processed if we fail to deliver the booked service.
3. All refunds will be made via the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
4. A full refund will be issued if duplicate payments occur due to technical issues.
5. Once your booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If the service has not yet been processed, we may allow future adjustments.
6. Errors in your booking must be reported within 5 minutes of placing the order. After this time, we are not responsible for changes or cancellations.
7. Appointment validity is determined by the issuing authority. If an appointment is cancelled or altered by the embassy/consulate, we are not responsible.
8. If your appointment becomes invalid within 2–4 days, we may rebook it once. If the rebooked appointment also becomes invalid, we are not obliged to offer a replacement, refund, or adjustment.
